Inventity

Inventity Foundation, as a non-profit organization, focuses on supporting research and development efforts and providing advisory services in the fields of technology, strategy, and innovation. The Inventity team consists of over 50 managers who share their knowledge acquired in mature organizations with Polish entrepreneurs, delivering high-quality services in the areas of strategic, operational, financial, and ESG consulting. Since its inception, the Inventity team has completed over three thousand advisory projects, prepared approximately two hundred feasibility studies and business plans, resulting in the establishment of 80 innovative companies. These firms have directly contributed to the creation of several hundred highly qualified job positions and have attracted over 200 million EUR in capital investments.

Additionally, Inventity Foundation actively promotes knowledge in key areas for Polish society. We have published three books on the strategic development of organizations, trained 400 scientific staff, produced ten films on successful technology commercialization, and received recognition from EBAN for the best investment in Europe. The Foundation holds accreditation from the Business Environment Institution and the ISO 9001:2005 Quality Management System. In 2022, the Inventity Foundation was awarded the title of "Employer of Tomorrow" in the "Mature Competencies" category, within the micro and small business segment.
