Wojciech Szapiel combines experience in strategic consulting with many years of practice in capital investments. As the CEO of Inventity Foundation, he directs the development of the Licensed Network of Advisors GROWING PAINS STRATEGY®. He has 20 years of professional experience gained while working for reputable companies in Poland and the UK, including 10 years of practice in the PE/VC market. He holds a diploma in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Bocconi University in Milan. He has more than a hundred capital investments to his credit, including an award for the best investment in Europe (“Impact Investment of the Year”) awarded by EBAN. He served as a subject matter expert to the European Commission – Directorate General for Research and Innovation on building the EU investment model into Funds of Funds (FOF). He is the author and co-author of several implemented strategies for changes and development of enterprises in sectors such as energy, finance, media, construction, logistics, and IT.
