GAIA and Hanson Robotics join forces to boost digital transformation in Europe with EDIH project
GAIA partners with Hanson Robotics for European Digital Innovation Hubs project to drive digital transformation
GAIA, in partnership with Hanson Robotics, became a partner in the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) project which is a part of the European Union's Digital Europe Programme for 2021-2027. The project aims to help companies respond to digital challenges. It enables them to become more competitive by providing access to technical knowledge, financial advice, training and skill development opportunities.
The EDIH project will provide comprehensive support to companies looking to improve their business processes or services using digital technologies. In addition to supplying access to technical expertise, the project will also offer the opportunity to "test before investing". Additional services necessary for successful digital transformation, such as financial advice, training and skill development, are also offered. Environmental considerations, particularly in relation to energy consumption and low carbon emissions, will be taken into account, too.
Boosting SME competitiveness through digital transformation
Funded by the EU Digital Europe Programme, the project will be led by the Digital Knowledge Observatory Foundation. The foundation will act as one of the winning consortium’s members. The project is to cover the Warmian-Masurian and part of the Masovian voivodeships in Poland. The goal of the Digital Europe Programme is to build technical digital infrastructure and increase the use of digital technologies by the public and private sector. This refers particularly to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
