Anne-Marie Voorhoeve
Drs. Anne-Marie Voorhoeve is recognised as a Global Evolutionary Leader. She is co-founder and senior consultant of The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence (THC). At the heart of her work as social architect, are the uplifting of networks and the development of complex multi-stakeholder projects to develop a world that works for all. This is professionally named the praxis of Meshworking, first coined by Dr. Don Beck, spiral dynamics integral. With THC and other organisational professionals, she has co developed this sustainable and regenerative ‘Art of Engagement’ around the world. She strategically coalesces authority, power and influence and opens up possibilities and potential. Special focus has what can impact healthy development of living cities and bioregions. She loves bridging worlds and brings together wisdom keepers of ancient knowledge and scientists exploring new paradigm. Working interculturally and intergenerationally, she balances the masculine and the feminine in co-creation. A specific expertise is to address in small groups and in large scale collectives profound issues, big questions (when relevant playfully). Inviting you to deeply listen, to be in the not-knowing until clarity arises. In her design and facilitation she can involve THC team members with laser like focus. Purpose is to support leaders to go beyond polarities and find common ground to collaborate, co create and see new perspectives that can manifest a world that is pragmatically lead from the heart. Anne-Marie is a member of many conscious networks, think tanks and organisations, often in strategic positions as servant leader, facilitator and inspirator. Systemic and heart centered solutions serve the emergence of a conscious, harmonic humanity as part of all life.
