Damian Ciachorowski

An expert in non-governmental organizations, I possess a deep understanding of development strategies within public-private partnerships. Specializing in crafting effective development strategies, building multicultural teams, and accelerating and managing non-governmental organizations, my educational and professional background is robust and diverse.I hold a Bachelor's degree and pursued postgraduate studies in AI and Business from the prestigious Leon Kozminski Academy. My academic journey also includes a Master's degree from the University of Gdańsk, where I wrote a dissertation focused on AI in Business Management, delving deep into the practical and theoretical applications of AI in managing modern businesses. I have participated in and coordinated over 100 international projects, including research, educational, technological, training projects, and conferences. My expertise also extends to project methodology, where I have a proven track record of success. In recognition of my contributions, I was honored with the European award Eurodesk 2013 Champion of European Youth Information and Dissemination Award for the best project in Europe in the field of youth information.Currently, I am a Ph.D. Candidate at the Gdańsk University of Technology, where my research focuses on sustainable digital technology. This research endeavor reflects my commitment to contributing knowledge and solutions that are not only technologically advanced but also sustainable and responsible in the long term. My academic and professional journeys intertwine, creating a unique blend of practical experience and theoretical knowledge, allowing me to approach challenges with a holistic and informed perspective.
